Arterno develops to a fifty-year envelope and underwrites to a hold horizon, not a sale cycle. Capital deployed under this discipline performs differently. The asset compounds in value because it appreciates on quality, not on speculation.

Participation

Participation is offered selectively, on a per-project basis, to accredited investors. Each opportunity is structured under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, with verification of accredited status required prior to subscription.

Built

Arterno’s first completed project is 421 E 41st, a ground-up residential duplex in one of Houston’s established inner-loop neighborhoods. The next acquisition is underway.
