Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Information we collect
Arterno collects only what you voluntarily submit through inquiry forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), company or family-office name (optional), project or investor context, and any message or notes you provide. We do not track anonymous visitors beyond standard server access logs and first-party, privacy-preserving site analytics provided by our hosting provider that do not use cookies or persistent identifiers.
2. How we use it
Your submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry, qualify opportunities you’ve expressed interest in, and communicate about relevant projects or offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Storage & security
Form submissions are stored in a private Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with Row-Level Security enforced. Access is limited to authorized Arterno personnel. New-inquiry notifications are routed through internal channels (such as email or team chat) for triage. All traffic to arterno.com is encrypted via HTTPS.
4. Service providers
We use the following third parties solely as data processors to operate the Site. Each processes information only as needed to provide the listed function and is bound by contract not to use it for other purposes:
- Vercel — website hosting, content delivery, and cookieless first-party analytics (privacy policy)
- Supabase — database storage for inquiry submissions (privacy policy)
We do not share your information with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing partners.
5. Retention
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our operational records, typically no more than seven years.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@arterno.com. We will respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt, with one possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary, consistent with applicable law. We will notify you of any extension and the reason for it. If we deny a request, we will provide a written explanation, and you may appeal by replying to our response. If we deny the appeal, you may file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov or with the attorney general of your state of residence.
7. California residents
Residents of California may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Arterno does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any CCPA right, contact us at privacy@arterno.com.
7A. Texas residents
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 541) gives you the right to: (i) confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that data; (ii) correct inaccuracies; (iii) request deletion of personal data we hold about you; (iv) obtain a portable copy in a readily usable format; and (v) opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of your personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently sell personal data, engage in targeted advertising, or use profiling that produces such effects. To exercise any right, contact privacy@arterno.com. We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of any sale of personal data or targeted advertising, to the extent applicable.
Sensitive data. We do not knowingly collect sensitive data as defined under the TDPSA (including precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health diagnosis, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data, or personal data of a known child under 13). If you believe sensitive data has been submitted through our forms, contact privacy@arterno.com and we will delete it.
8. Cookies
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies for core functionality. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies, and our first-party analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
