Real Estate Development
Arterno develops ground-up residential projects across Houston’s established neighborhoods — single-family homes, duplexes, and select mixed-use and commercial assets where the brief warrants it. Every project is developed under the firm’s full standard: acquired with discipline, designed with intention, and built without compromise. Investor participation is available on a selective basis, by introduction.
Construction
Arterno’s construction practice extends the firm’s standard to projects beyond its own development pipeline. Ground-up custom builds, whole-home transformations, structured additions, and select commercial construction across Houston and its surrounding metros. Clients who engage Arterno for construction receive the same single-firm accountability — one team, one standard, one line of responsibility from groundbreaking to completion.
