Pick the recipe and use the mixing bag to blend all the ingredients. Exact measurements will vary according how strong you like your tea, how large your favorite cup is or how many cups your teapot holds. For loose tea, the rule is one teaspoon per six ounce cup, or two teaspoons per eight ounce glass of  tea. It may be necessary to adjust this measurement to suit your taste, or to accommodate a large mug. Shake your mix well and preferably leave the blend overnight before consuming or making tea bags. For each tea bag we recommend to use up to 5 gm (1 tea spoon) mixed ingredients or as much you can fit in the bag.
